The soup you want a refill

The soup is chicken white broth. Since they cook Sakurajima Chicken thoroughly for a long time, the soup has good collagen and the great taste of chicken!

The golden oil floating on the surface of the soup has the color, unique to chicken. From the rich soup, you can taste the secret salt sauce and the sweetness. You can drink all the soup without making your stomach heavy. I felt that the soup only is a complete dish on its own.

The great orchestra of the noodles and the toppings

Their noodles are home-made. This time, I chose the thin noodles. The noodles are made with less water, to allow you to enjoy the texture for longer.

While Rayu (Chili Oil) gives the color, the toppings such as Nori (dried green seaweed sheet), spring onions and bamboo shoots sharpen your appetite. The large roasted pork fillet is so tender that it melts in your mouth.

I enjoyed the ramen and a talk with the owner chef, Mr. Kaburagi who loves The Beatles, guitars and bands.

The soup has a light salty flavor!
