The clear flat noodles have a nice chewy texture, and are relatively soft compared to flour made noodles. The chicken broth soup, prepared by being simmered for 6 hours every day, has an excellent sweetness with a refreshing flavor. It comes topped with boiled herb chicken slices, lettuce, and moyashi sprouts, being accentuated by fried onions and peppers.

People say it is common to customize the taste of the food you get served to your liking by adding seasonings and spices. To change the flavor, chili sauce and lemons are on offer at this café. So, give it a try!

Both its taste and appearance are simple, but it gives us an excellent taste of each ingredient. It feels like, the more you eat, the more your body gets healthier. The diet may be the beauty secret of Vietnamese women who are slender and beautifully wear their traditional dress, ao dai.
