They kneaded rum-soaked raisins, apricots, figs, cranberries, and four kinds of nuts into the dough, and fermented it with Shirakami Kodama yeast. It’s an authentic stollen carefully marinated in Yotsuba butter, and is a premium item made with domestic wheat and carefully selected ingredients.
