Served with pickles, side dishes, and soup
¥4,000

Carefully selected domestic Japanese eel is grilled over oak and binchotan charcoal, creating a beautifully fragrant surface and tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture. This is true charcoal craftsmanship at its finest.

First, enjoy it just as it is to savor the pure flavor of the eel. Then, for the final serving, add broth and a touch of wasabi to transform the taste into something lighter and more refined.

One thing is certain—you’ll fall in love with eel all over again.
