The menu was newly revamped this summer, and one standout favorite is the Stamina Abura Soba. Juicy, flavorful “Sutaniku” (stamina pork) pairs perfectly with rich garlic sauce and chewy, thick noodles. It’s bold, satisfying, and packed with flavor.

There’s also a wide variety of abura soba to choose from — including refreshing and spicy grated abura soba, as well as rich and hearty offal abura soba. Every bowl comes with a soft-boiled egg for that extra indulgence.
