The legendary Sutaniku or their pride and joy Abura soba. If you can’t decide which one to choose, take the best of both.

Abura soba

Stamina Abura Soba (Regular) — ¥980
Served with a soft-boiled egg
Available for dine-in or takeout

The menu was newly revamped this summer, and one standout favorite is the Stamina Abura Soba. Juicy, flavorful “Sutaniku” (stamina pork) pairs perfectly with rich garlic sauce and chewy, thick noodles. It’s bold, satisfying, and packed with flavor.

There’s also a wide variety of abura soba to choose from — including refreshing and spicy grated abura soba, as well as rich and hearty offal abura soba. Every bowl comes with a soft-boiled egg for that extra indulgence.
